Thomas Hospitality Group had a very successful first six months in business. We met a lot of new clients, developed over 20 projects, and built our offering to seven dependable Hotel Product and Service Providers. We are excited about what 2013 has to offer and look forward to continuing to develop relationships with the industry's top Brands, Owners, Operators, General Contractors, Interior Designers, and FF&E Purchasing Agents.
Below is a list of projects developed towards the end of 2013, as well as the projects that began installation:
Five Star Architectural was awarded the vanity cabinets in the 334 room Loew's Hotel in Nashville, TN. This is exciting for both Five Star and THG as it proves our capabilities in higher-end, boutique hotels. The vanities will receive high-end veneers and hardware to make these vanities truly unique. We look forward to seeing the installed project towards the end of the 1st quarter of 2013.
Product Source worked with the owner of the Hyatt Place in El Segundo, CA to provide some custom Caesartone quartz tops for their lobby & public areas. THG is also working with the same owner to begin providing them all of their guestroom and lobby are stone countertops.
International Marble Industries contracted with the GC of the Canterbury Ridge Apartments in Canton, GA to provide all of the cultured marble vanities and windowsills for the upcoming renovation. THG will be putting a focus on multi-family apartments and condos in 2013 in hopes of shifting the knowledge of multi-unit hotels in to that sector.
Thomas Hospitality Group provided the faucets & accessories for the Residence Inn in El Paso & Las Salinas, CA through HC Supply out of Woodstock, GA. HC Supply is a leader of sales, support, and logistics of hotel related construction supplies. Also, THG aligned Product Source to assist the general contractor in the install all the countertops, faucets, sinks, and range tops for both properties.
Of the projects developed 2012, many have begun installing with completion dates coming soon! We look forward for the completed project photos to follow!

Monarch Marriott Vacation Club - Hilton Head, SC (Product Source furnished & installed the SileStone Quartz Countertops, Five Star Architectural furnished & installed the custom vanity cabinets, and Brabner & Hollon furnished & installed the bathroom and closet doors.)
Hilton Garden Inn - Birmingham, AL (Product Source furnished the guestroom armoire granite tops and Brabner & Hollon furnished the guestroom closet doors)
Hilton - Knoxville, TN (Product Source furnished the armoire tops in all of the guestrooms)
Hampton Inn - Savannah, GA (Five Star Architectural manufactured and installed the custom buffet sliding doors for their Perfect Mix Lobby Renovation)
Hampton Inn - Fayetteville, NC (Five Star Architectural manufactured & install the Perfect Mix Lobby casework package and the Hampton Inn standard guestroom vanities.)
