Thomas Hospitality Group has been an eight year journey in the hospitality industry. Cory Thomas began his career with The Product Source, an importer and fabricator of stone countertop products for the hospitality industry. Gaining a client base and trust in the industry, Cory moved to Monolith Hospitality as Vice President of Business Development to help Russ Sutton grow his business within the hospitality industry. Specializing in design-build hotel renovation, Cory's main focus was building partnerships with the industry's leaders in hotel investment, management, and ownership. Cory used his six years with Monolith to develop a true understanding of the industry, learn the standards of each of the industry's largest brands, and prepare himself to add value to each and every one of his current and future clients.
With eight years of industry experience under his belt, Cory launched Thomas Hospitality Group to provide professional representation services to the hotel industry. Focusing on hotel owners & operators, general contractors, FF&E procurement agents, and the brands, THG's ultimate goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships and add value to their clients. Building on years of experience of turnkey hotel renovations, THG's clients can trust that their projects are in goods hands. Whether it be knowledge of brand standards, current brand design schemes, or the expectations of owners & project managers, THG prides itself in truly understanding what the client deserves.
